Evidence of how service excellence has allowed you to retain your customers and grow your business through returning customers and client recommendations, and what KPI’s are in place to monitor levels of customer satisfaction. The judges will be looking for a company with a genuine passion for service excellence coupled with one that supports its employees to strive to be the best at ensuring the customer is happy, that the customer returns and that the customer recommends.

Customer excellence is about ensuring that your whole operation is striving to ensure that you consistently deliver and exceed your customers’ expectations. Evidence of how service excellence has allowed you to retain your customers for repeat business and grow your sales from recommendations and what KPI’s are in place to monitor levels of customer satisfaction. You need to include you CSI Ratings along with customer feedback, these can be included in your brag file and not part of your written statement.
